We process personal data when you contact us voluntarily — through the website form, by email or by phone: your name, the contact details you provide, the type of project and the content of your message. Purpose: to reply to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Form submissions are stored on our server and sent to the company's mailbox.
For security and abuse-prevention reasons, the hosting server automatically logs the IP address and the date and time of each access (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We also collect aggregated usage statistics — page visited, date and time, referring page and browser type — without cookies and with the IP address anonymised (truncated) before being recorded, so that no visitor can be identified (legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
This website does not use cookies — no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies — and does not use the browser's local storage. Fonts and all other resources are served from our own server: no data is sent to third-party services while you browse.
Messages you send us are kept for 24 months from receipt, unless a contractual relationship is established in the meantime (in which case the applicable legal retention periods apply) or you ask for their deletion earlier.
We do not sell or transfer your data. The website is hosted on our hosting provider's servers (Hostinger, in the European Union) and messages are delivered to the company's mailboxes. Data may be shared with authorities where required by law.
Under the GDPR and Portuguese Law no. 58/2019, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise any right, write to info@primeupkeep.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — CNPD, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
